All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched, except in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. We accept the following payment methods:

3. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, sizes, and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the exact colors of products. All items sold on Baaki are authentic surplus stock from top fashion brands. Slight variations in product images are possible due to lighting and photography.
4. Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 7 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and courier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details. Baaki is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love what you receive. If you are not satisfied, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility criteria and procedures. Returns must be initiated within 7 of delivery.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website or services to:
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading orders

• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
