Refund policy
At Baaki, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• The item must not fall under the non-returnable category (see Section 6)
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
2. How to Initiate a Return

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Clear photos of the item (required for defective or incorrect items)
Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
3. Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, at your preference. may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• COD orders will be refunded via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility criteria as returns. If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In such cases:
• We will arrange a free return pickup or a prepaid shipping label
• A full refund or replacement will be issued at no additional cost to you
• Baaki takes full responsibility for errors on our part
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Undergarments and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' on the product page
• Items returned after the eligible return window has passed
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or our error, Baaki will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selected by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
