Shipping policy

We want your Baaki order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship across Pakistan.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Partners

We ship across Pakistan using trusted courier partners including:

       TCS

       Leopards Courier

       BlueEx

       PostEx (for COD orders)

The courier assigned to your order may vary based on your location and availability.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

       Karachi: 1-2 business days

Major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 5-10 Business Days

Other cities and towns: 5-7 Business Days

Remote areas: 7-15

These are estimated timelines and may vary during peak seasons, sales events, or due to courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping fee: Rs. [Depends on order] per order.

Free shipping on orders above: Rs. 10,000.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the courier's website. If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

       Check the tracking status using your tracking number

       Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number

We will investigate with the courier and provide an update within 24-48 hours. Baaki is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses provided by customers, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery. After a specified number of failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

8. International Shipping

At this time, Baaki only ships within Pakistan. We do not currently offer international delivery. We hope to expand this service in the future.
